Courses for Educators

Mindfulness Courses By Design
Mindful Hearts courses are designed for educators, support staff, and administrators who want to expand their mindfulness practice with increased guidance and individualized support. Participants will explore research, readings, meditation practice, mindful movement (yoga, tai chi, qigong) journaling, and discussion. If your district is interested in creating a course tailored to your community or programming, please reach out to Sara Baio at mindfulhearts4all@gmail.com. Topics, length of each class, number of classes, scheduling, and cost are flexible depending on your district's needs. A minimum of weekly 1 hour classes for 4 weeks is a recommended starting point. Rewiring our brain to act with healthy habits takes time and repetition. Courses help participants jump start consistent mindfulness practice in their daily lives.
Cost: $100 per hour for the group
