Virtual Retreats
 

Mindfulness practice is an ongoing process of self-discovery and pause. Carving out time to rest and rejuvenate is one of the most impactful gifts we can give ourselves. It allows educators to fully embody well-being, which carries into the classroom. Mindful Hearts retreats provide participants with time for rest, reflection, guided mindfulness practice, healing movement, and periods of silence. Participants will also have time to connect with one another and share experiences if they wish. Topics explored during retreats have a healing-centered approach focused on connecting with oneself, reducing stress, providing self-care, and building resilience. Retreats are currently being held virtually, although in-person retreats may be be planned in advance contingent upon partnership with a local retreat center. Virtual retreats are held via Zoom from the comfort of each participant’s home. It is strongly recommended that participants make arrangements to find a quiet, solitary, and comfortable space in their home, as best they can, or treat themselves to a getaway. 
 

Cost of Half Day Retreat (3 hours): $300 group price

Cost of Full Day Retreat (6 hours): $500 group price
